This visual guide offers an overview of typical job profiles\, key responsibilities\, and useful skills across different sectors. \nThe main focus of the webinar then switches to valuable insights into career coaching\, how it can provide you guidance in moving from awareness to action during your career orientation. \nDr. Nicola Bauer\, a passionate career coach and trainer\, will explain how coaching can help you reflect on your values and goals\, explore meaningful options\, and navigate career transitions with greater clarity and confidence. After a PhD in stem cell biology at the MPI-CBG and BioTec in Dresden\, she spent several years in pharmaceutical business consulting. At the age of 30\, she decided to pursue a second degree in psychology and subsequently worked for six years as a career coach and trainer at the career center for postdocs and doctoral students at Helmholtz Munich.
