Community
We focus on building a supportive and engaged postdoc community by facilitating both in-person and virtual networking opportunities. We provide infrastructure and tools to support local network formation led by postdocs. A key aspect is to clarify the term "postdoc" and outline the objectives and values of this phase. We also connect with existing networks and stakeholders, highlighting their contributions and roles within the postdoc community.
Information
We aggregate and share essential information on existing networks legal frameworks, career perspectives, and relevant events, ensuring that postdocs have easy access to the support and resources they need. We conduct and analyze surveys on postdoctoral status and needs, including comparative studies with other countries. We advocate for a standardized and structured collection of data about postdocs, akin the data collected for doctoral students by governmental bodies and research institutions.

We amplify the voice of postdocs by facilitating meaningful dialogue with policymakers, advocating for their needs, and influencing policies that support their professional and personal development.
